All products are sold “as is” (No Refund, Exchange Only). You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued at the exception of items damaged during transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Sale Items
- Perishable or refrigerated goods
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Gift Coupons
- Gift baskets
- Any item that requires a refund or exchange more than 20 days after delivery
Refunds and Exchanges Procedure
To exchange or inquire about a refund you must first email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the goods to alert us of the damage. Photos of proof will be required along with proof of purchase receipt. You may also be required to return the damaged item to us for our Quality Assurance inspection.
Upon receipt of the email, we will make inspections and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement will be sent to you. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
