Vegetable Broth is naturally loaded with essential nutrients that support immunity when consumed as part of a healthful & varied diet. These nutrients include a whole food source of Zinc which is an essential mineral for assisting immune system function and contributes to cell protection from free radicals and Vitamin B12 to help reduce tiredness and fatigue whilst also supporting immunity. Vegetable Broth also contains a source of Calcium necessary not only for normal bone and teeth structure but also contributes to the function of digestive enzymes and energy metabolism. These nutrients can otherwise be slightly more difficult to obtain in a vegan diet and are more readily found in animal based food sources.
