How to Earn points

You can only earn points by creating an account.

  • New accounts created will automatically have 50 points ($50 equivalent)

  • Earn 1 point with every $20 spending.

  • Earn 20 points by adding your Date of Birth.

  • Earn 50 points if your friend makes a purchase with your referral link.

  • Earn extra points on specific brands during monthly promotions.

How to Use points

  • Use points as cash- literally! 1 point = $1 HKD

  • Points can be used on top of member discounts and sale items.

Use Your Points

Online

Step 1 (Desktop)

Move to bottom, find orange "My Rewards" button.

Step 2

Move to "Redeem", click on it

Step 3

Click "My Rewards", then "Rewards" tab.
You can see Point Dollar redemption details.
Click "REDEEM".

Step 4

Input how many points you want to redeem discount dollars, then click "REDEEM".

*The redeemed coupon is only valid for 48 hours*

Step 5

You can see in your cart totals, item "Point Dollar" and the discount amount listed.

Now you can proceed check out.

Step 1 (Mobile)

Move to bottom, find orange "My Rewards" button.

Step 2

Move to "Redeem", click on it

Step 3

Click "My Rewards", then "Rewards" tab.
You can see Point Dollar redemption details.
Click "REDEEM".

Step 4

Input how many points you want to redeem discount dollars, then click "REDEEM".

Step 5

You can see in your cart totals section, item "Point Dollar" and the discount amount listed.

Provide your Food for Life registered phone number to our staff to check your point balance

How to Use My Silver or Gold Member Discount

Online

Just log in your account, the discount will automatically applied to the product(s) meet the criteria in your shopping cart.

Retail Store

Provide your Food for Life registered phone number to our staff. The discount will automatically applied to the product(s) meet the criteria when you pay at cashier.

*Purchase amount of the calendar year (01 Jan ~ 31 Dec)

*Green Members who accumulate $5,000 in purchases will automatically be upgraded to Silver Member status. Green or Silver Members who accumulate $10,000 in purchases will automatically be upgraded to Gold Member status.

^Membership requires your full name (first and last), email, phone number and birth date (to enjoy birthday privileges).

^^Points earned will expire at the end of the year (31 Dec).

^^^To receive your birthday discount coupon, please ensure your birth date is entered in your online rewards account. The coupon will be automatically sent to your account on your birthday and will remain valid for one month.

Alternatively, you can show the birthday SMS to our staff in-store to enjoy the discount. Please note, the discount is for one-time use only. Details here.
