Liposomal Glutathione, abbreviated to GSH, contains a tripeptide made up of three amino acids: cysteine, glycine, and glutamic acid. Glutathione is present in almost all cells in high concentrations and is one of the most important antioxidants in the body. The body is capable of producing its own glutathione in the liver, but as we age, we produce less of it.
