Ingredients: 100% Australian Grass-fed Hydrolysed Bovine Collagen Peptides. Type I and III with an average molecular weight <1kDa
Packed in a facility that processes ingredients with tree nuts, peanuts, fish, sesame, egg, soy and milk.
There is 15g of collagen per 15g serve (100% collagen).
For best results, consume 1 serve (15g) per day. To save on plastic we don’t use a scoop so simply mix 2 heaped tablespoons in 300ml of water and mix with a spoon, shaker or blender.
Please note: This guidance is based upon a 15ml tablespoon which is the international standard. Most tablespoons in your kitchen drawer will be 10ml to 15ml. In Australia, a standard measuring spoon for tablespoon is 20ml, so please use 2 flat tablespoons if you’re using a 20ml spoon. Note that 15ml is not 15g of powder and 20ml is not 20g of powder, weight depends on the density of what’s being measured.
Collagen peptides can survive temperatures as high as 300°C, making collagen one of the few protein powders that may be used in hot drinks, cooking and baking.
It dissolves just as well in hot or cold water:
- Add protein to your coffee or tea without changing the taste
- Great with Smoothies
- Use in Cooking, e.g. protein pancakes or porridge
- Use in Baking, e.g. protein muffins
