There is 11g of collagen per 15g serve.
For best results, consume 1 serve (15g) per day. To save on plastic we don’t use a scoop so simply mix:
- 2 heaped 15ml tablespoons, or;
- 2 flat 20ml tablespoons
In 300ml of water and mix with a spoon, shaker or blender.

It dissolves just as well in hot or cold water:
