Click to open, you can join or sign in account.

Log in your account or register a new account

After log in, click the orange reward icon at the bottom, to see your points and redeem your coupons.

Click "My Rewards" > "Rewards" to discover all coupons.

The alternative method is click on the menu on your dashboard.

Select "Points & Rewards" menu and click.

Scroll to "My Rewards" section and click "Rewards" to discover all coupons.

HOW DO I MAKE USE OF MY VIP DISCOUNT?
Provide your Food for Life registered phone number to our staff. The discount will automatically applied to the product(s) meet the criteria when you pay at cashier.
Just log in your account, the discount will automatically applied to the product(s) meet the criteria in your shopping cart.
Terms and Conditions
- VIP/VVIP discounts cannot be used with other promotional discounts, unless otherwise stated.
- VIP/VVIP discounts can be used on both online and offline stores.
- Use of discount (Store) : Shoppers are required to present the phone number linked to their VIP membership at cashier.
- Use of discount (Online): Shoppers are required to input their phone number linked to their VIP membership as a coupon code. Minimum order amount for free shipping is calculated based on the final checkout price after discount.
- Earn Points: Be sure to present your phone number at checkout (in store) or login to your account (online) in order to earn points. Points earned online will be credited to your account after the invoice has been issued for delivery, not at the moment order is placed.
- Redeem Points (Store) : Please inform sales representative of your desire to use your points.
- Redeem Points (Online) : Check the redemption coupon of your choice found in the 'Rewards' button on the bottom right of the page to redeem your coupon. You can either
1) copy the code and input it into the coupon code section before checkout or
2) click the 'Apply Code' button to be automatically applied to your current purchase. - Any unused points or coupons redeemed online will be expired end of every year Dec 31 and will be automatically reset in the following year.
- In case of goods returned, the corresponding points earned from the purchase of the returned goods will be deducted from the member’s account accordingly. All points are non-transferable and only valid for use by the registered member.
