What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit cards and major credit cardsVisaMasterCardDiscover, Maestro, JCB, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped out, you should receive a shipping confirmation email to notify you that your order is on its way! You may also contact us via 2838 8902 or hello@foodforlifehk.com for further order inquiries.

Can I change my order?

If you wish to make changes to your order, whether it be to change addresses or to add missing items, please make sure to contact us ASAP. Once your order is shipped out, we can no longer help you make any changes.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Shipping takes approximately 5-7 days.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping costs vary by weight and starts at $55. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $500. We also offer various delivery options for you to choose from, you may pick up from two of our food for life stores locations (FREE of charge) or alternatively you may choose SF Lockers (PAID at pickup by customer unless over $500 for FREE shipping).

Where do you ship?

We ship to most areas, residential or commercial, in Hong Kong. We mainly use SF as our courier so whereever they deliver, we can ship to.

Do you offer store pick up?

Yes we do! Simply choose one of our 3 Food for Life store locations during checkout. It's also FREE 🙂

How can I track my package?

What if I missed the scheduled delivery?

Our couriers will try to call you up to 2 times before delivery to confirm a successful reception of package. If you fail to answer and have not done any special arrangements for your order e.g. notify us to leave your package at the lobby, you will be fined $100 from us to cover the costs of redelivery. The customer should be fully responsible for the reception of their packages.

Special arrangement of inclement weather condition?

Please note that there will be delays during extreme weather.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products as consumables, we do not accept returns unless specifically reasoned with.

Can I exchange an item?

How long does it take to process a return?

Once the return process is approved and shipped to us, it will take us up to 3 business days to inspect and process the items.
