RECOMMENDED USE:

Adults:

• As an antioxidant: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily.
• To reduce LDL oxidation: Take 2-3 capsules 2 times daily.
• To elieve symptoms associated with vision problems: Take 2-3 capsules, 2 times daily. Use for a minimum of 1 month to see beneficial effects.
