Lentil Ginger Stew Recipe

This is highly anti-inflammatory and immune boosting while providing healthy plant proteins.

Ingredients (serves 4-6) 

  • 2 cups chopped carrots 
  • 1 onion chopped 
  • 1 cup brussel sprouts 
  • 1 cup onion 
  • 1/2 cup red lentils soaked 
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds 
  • 2 tbsp cold pressed coconut oil 
  • 2 tbsp chicken bone broth (Nutra Organics) 
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric 
  • 1 tsp cayenne chili pepper 
  • 10 drops of Lemon Pharma Concentrated Ginger Drops (adjust accordingly) 
  • dash black pepper
  • Himalayan sea salt to taste 


  1. Stir fry onions with coconut oil until lightly browned 
  2. Add vegetables. lentils, spices and filtered water to cover the ingredients 
  3. Cook on high until boiling then turn down to medium for 20-25 minutes 
  4. Watch the stove carefully and stir occasionally. Add more water if needed. 
  5. Add bone broth at the end when nearly ready. 
  6. Serve with sourdough bread or over a bed of wild rice or vegetables
