Homemade Bubble Waffle (Keto-friendly)

2-3 servings



Just add an egg and milk of choice and stir to make the batter. Easy as 1-2-3!
Pancake mix is made with green banana, coconut and oat flour and sweetened with coconut sugar. 

For a keto friendly alternative…



  • Mix all ingredients well together
  • stir to form a thin batter (make sure there is no grains form)
  • Heat up two sides of bubble waffle pan, and swipe a thin layer of oil
  • Ladle batter up to 80% full 
  • Heat 1-2 minutes for each side with medium heat 
  • Let cool & repeat for rest batter 


Tip: Cool down by fan for a  crispier texture!
