A Date with Tahini Salad Dressing Recipe
Sesame seeds and dates are very high in calcium
- ½ cup stone ground raw tahini
- ⅓ cup dried medjool date
- 20ml Saludynam Calcium Magnesium drink
- ¼ cup organic cold pressed olive oil (adjust for desired consistency)
- ½ a lemon juiced
- Throw all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend.
- Drizzle over baked broccoli with chopped almonds and goji berries, all of which are good sources of calcium.
